When you schedule a review consultation, we assess the unit based on legal compliance, neighborhood context, and structural considerations.

3. Info Products

We provide e-guides and digital materials that cover best practices for prospective buyers. These materials are delivered via digital download.

4. Merchandise

Branded items such as apparel and stationery are available for purchase. These items ship from our facilities in Singapore.

5. Reimbursement Policy

5.1 Consultation Services

Clients may request a reimbursement up to 48 hours before the scheduled consultation. We will process the reimbursement within 14 calendar days through the original payment method. Alternatively, clients may opt to reschedule their appointment once, at no additional fee, subject to availability.

5.2 Digital Materials

Requests for reimbursement of digital guides are accepted within 7 days from the date of download initiation, provided there is no evidence of content access beyond preview pages. Once full access is granted, no reimbursement will be processed.

5.3 Merchandise

If merchandise arrives defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange an swap or issue a reimbursement after verifying the defect. No claims are accepted after this period.

6. No Reimbursement Cases

Certain premium consultations that include on-site inspections and specialized legal drafting carry a no reimbursement clause due to resource allocation and third-party coordination. This is communicated prior to booking and you must indicate acceptance. Such bookings are final once confirmed.

7. Modifications
